Every piece is handmade to order in our London studio. Standard lead time is 7–14 working days plus delivery.
Yes, priority making in 5–7 working days where feasible. Message us with your date and we’ll confirm.
Use our size guide with a printable ring chart or get measured at any local jeweller. You can also measure a well-fitting ring’s inside diameter and match it to our chart. If it isn’t perfect, we offer one complimentary resize within 60 days on eligible designs (excludes full-eternity and heavily patterned bands).
Yes. All gold is solid 9k/14k/18k, nickel-free, and hallmarked by the London Assay Office.
You can return non-engraved, non-custom pieces within 14 days. Bespoke and engraved items are final sale. Returns must be tracked and insured.
Yes. UK orders are Royal Mail Special Delivery; international orders ship DHL Express. Duties/taxes may apply outside the UK.
