Every piece is handmade to order in our London studio. Standard lead time is 5-8 working days plus delivery.
Yes, priority making in 2–5 working days where feasible. Message us with your date and we’ll confirm.
Use our size guide with a printable ring chart or get measured at any local jeweller. You can also measure a well-fitting ring’s inside diameter and match it to our chart. If it isn’t perfect, we offer one complimentary resize within 60 days on eligible designs (excludes full-eternity and heavily patterned bands).
Yes. All gold is solid 9k/14k/18k, nickel-free, and hallmarked by the London Assay Office.
You can return non-engraved, non-custom pieces within 14 days. Bespoke and engraved items are final sale. Returns must be tracked and insured.
Yes. UK orders are Royal Mail Special Delivery; international orders ship Royal Mail Tracked and arrive within 5-7 business days. Duties/taxes may apply outside the UK.
